Hi, Paul, welcome to the forum.
To assemble this Guide Tour, I avoided most of the mystery, and a little more complicated multi-caches. According with this criteria you have not too much left
You own one of the most wonderful caches in the world, but unfortunattely doesn't fit in this crieria

This weekend I passed by near Lagos, and I feel very sad I hadn't a new Caracache's cache to look for

The two 'Cachewalker' Series, Porto de Mos (GC1HTZY) and Castelejo (GC1NR4J) have been extremely popular, with great comments from visitors this season despite the hot weather. I am working on one more CacheWalker Series to be in the Mata Nacional. On this point I have found a great site for mapping and creating trails for walking (and geocaching for those that don't prefer 'Drive-in) which is http://trailzilla.com/#.
I have experimented with my two CacheWalks and if you go to the Trailzilla site and enter Lagos, Portugal you may see the tracks of both cache series to the west of the town. Theoretically you can then download the tracks to your GPS and navigate round without having to look at maps or work out the best route.
Sorry that is 'off-topic' but it pays to advertise!

If you walk down from the site of the earthcache you will find this cache, en route you can study the local flora. The information is written in Portuguese but you can see the pictures and their botanical names.
