Um “Love Lock” ou “Love Padlock” é um cadeado (ou aloquete) que um par de apaixonados coloca numa ponte, cerca, portão, ou fixação pública semelhante para simbolizar o seu amor.
Normalmente os nomes ou iniciais dos apaixonados estão inscritos no cadeado e a sua chave é atirada fora para simbolizar um amor inquebrável.
Desde a década de 2000 os locais onde se colocam estes “Cadeados do Amor” têm-se multiplicado por todo o mundo.

"Traditionally, the young lovers put a lock on the lamp at center of the bridge throwing the key into the Tiber and swearing eternal love.
This practice has been immortalized in a movie (2007) based on the book by Federico Moccia "Ho voglia di te - I want you."
In July 2007, the lamps collapsed due to the excessive weight given by the enormous amount of locks.
After that the City of Rome installed close to every streetlight a couple of pillars with a chains were to apply the appropriate locks .
The tradition still continues and the locks are applied to these chains, thereby preserving the integrity of the street lamps and love forever.
Ponte Milvio is one of the most famous nightlife “movida” spot for the young Roman, being a cool meeting place and entertainment area."

Built in 1969, the tower has been a symbol of Seoul.

After the tower's original owner merged with the CJ Corporation, it was renamed the N Seoul Tower.
You can see the beautiful scenery of Seoul, from outdoor observation deck, called roof terrace.
On the guardrail, there are great many locks hanging, by Lovers, friends and family who hopes their loves and friendships will not change and go along eternally.
