Eventos 2017 - Mundo

A propósito do número de attends nos ~40k eventos a nível mundial realizados em 2017 aqui referido e que me pareceu que não podiam estar certos, estive a dar uma vista de olhos pelo panorama dos eventos realizados a nível mundial com algumas conclusões giras.

Para já as já referidas no outro tópico.

O número de attends esteve à volta dos 785k o que dá uma média de attends muito próxima dos 20. Ou seja a média portuguesa de 13,7 é bem inferior à mundial (estes números retirados do Project_GC são um pouco diferentes dos do IAAN porque aqui não estou a contar com eventos não realizados).

Existiu até há poucos meses um evento GC6 legacy...que durou de Agosto de 2004 a Maio de 2017.

Esse evento legacy surpreendeu-me! Não sabia que as regras permitiam, ou permitem, que um evento se prolongasse por tantos tempo, mudando de data e localização!

Há muito tempo que não permitem. Por isso é que só é compreensível como legacy...
Mudou de localização mais de 100x muitas delas com a necessidade de intervenção do revisor por causa da distância.
Mas de resto e até há muito pouco tempo os eventos não tinham necessidade de ser arquivados. Cá em Portugal os revisores de vez em quando faziam levas de arquivamentos e só há algum tempo é que passaram a ser arquivados automaticamente pelo Geocaching HQ. Esse automatismo associado ao facto de ter passado a ser invalidado founds/attends múltiplos inviabilizou a manutenção do evento...
Poderão ter havido outros com as mesmas características. Só apanhei este porque como a última data alterada foi já em 2017 apanhei-o e chamou-me a atenção primeiro o nº de attends e depois o GCCode de 6 dígitos...

Pelo contrário, era este tipo de evento que se justificava na maior parte dos "eventos" actualmente existentes em Portugal.

nota: O JMFidalgo também é português. A forma como apanhei o país é que prioritizou a Bélgica onde realizou apenas 1 evento.
Assim temos 5 portugueses no top 25 mundial.

edit: afinal o *ra é um menino apenas com 5 eventos. O sumif do excel é que funciona mal com * e acumula acabados em "ra"...
E sendo assim...temos um campeão mundial!
Os números dos outros nicks contendo * também estão mal, mas mesmo assim (embora por muito pouco) não se consegue encaixar o P14 no top 25.

Top Rectificado. Por um triz tínhamos também a medalha de bronze

Eventos com mais de 500 attends o que muitos megas não conseguem...
No entanto muitos (ou todos...) estão agarrados ao giga e a megas e o primeiro é o tal que foi acumulando attends ao longo de uma data de anos.
